CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
LC Waikiki aimed to increase the customer experience in all digital channels, especially the website. For this purpose, a virtual character supported by artificial intelligence was created and named as Turkey’s First Digital Style Consultant; Elsiva.
PROJECT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
The character of Elsiva, created in 3D, was brought to life in digital environment. A consistent infrastructure was created by using techniques such as body capture and lypsync for Elsiva to create fast and sustainable content in all digital platforms. After this infrastructure, all the production work during the launch process was carried out.
EXPERIENCE
Elsiva, who appeared before the press and industry professionals as Turkey’s First Digital Style Consultant at the launch events, will continue to maintain her presence in all digital platforms.
